First of the year

THE FIRST BABY of the new year to arrive at Porter Hospital waited until Jan. 6, but she was worth waiting for. The proud parents of Gianna Marie Vargo are Janelle and Preston Vargo of Port Henry, N.Y. Gianna weighed in at 8 pounds, 5 ounces.
