Spooktacular!

DOWNTOWN MERCHANT NANCIE DUNN, above in with costume, leads a parade of 400 children at the fourth annual spooktacular on the Middlebury Green last Saturday afternoon. The event, organized by the Better Middlebury Partnership, drew 1,100 people to the green for games, submissions to a time capsule and lots of comparisons of fantastic costumes, before the kids march down Main Street for Trick-or-Treating.
