LEADERS FOR MIDDLEBURY College’s Outdoor Introduction for New Kids, known affectionately as OINK, learn from instructor Christopher Broughton-Bossong from Stonehearth Open Learning Opportunities how to treat injuries in the backcountry as part of their preparation for taking new students on orientation trips earlier this month. The wilderness first aid course was sponsored by Middlebury College’s student-run Middlebury Mountain Club.
