BOB OKONIEWSKI OF Okie Courts Systems in Cazenovia, N.Y., spreads blue paint onto the new surface of Middlebury College’s outdoor tennis courts Monday morning. The final court color scheme will be blue on green, like the courts at the U.S. Open.
