CAROL ANN AUDY NEW HAVEN — Carol Ann Audy of New Haven, Vt., age 69, passed away unexpectedly on May 4, 2024. She was born Dec. 21, 1954, in Middlebury, Vt., the daughter of George and Bertha Sherman.
