CORRECTION: Our Aug. 8 article on the Vermont Swim Association state championship meet in White River Junction omitted a championship swimmer from the Vergennes Champs. Adrienne Smits, 10, prevailed in the 25-yard freestyle race for 9- and 10-year-old girls with a winning time of 13.87. We apologize for the omission, and congratulations to Adrienne, who also finished fourth in the 50-yard freestyle race.
