ON SATURDAY LUCIEN Paquette, the founder of Addison County Fair and Field Days, turned 94. Two days before that milestone he competed in the Field Days hand mowing competition, which he also founded. Paquette brought all 12 of his children to the competition and they each took a turn cutting grass during a special exhibition. Paquette took first place in the 80-and-over division.
