Sale of trees, wreaths to benefit church missions

MIDDLEBURY — The United Methodist Church of Middlebury, located at the corner of North Pleasant and Seminary streets, is selling trees and wreaths to benefit both local and world service commitments.

Those wishing to buy a holiday decoration may visit the church on five dates in the first three weekends of December.

•  Friday, Nov. 30, 4-8 p.m.

•  Saturday, Dec. 1, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

•  Friday, Dec. 7, 4-8 p.m.

•  Saturday, Dec. 8, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

•  Friday, Dec. 14, 4 p.m.- (if any trees left).

The public is invited to come to the parking lot and get a good tree knowing that the proceeds will be help others. The sale is sponsored by the church’s Outreach Committee.
