DANIEL "BUTCH" GUERRERA
PARK RIDGE, Ill. — Daniel F. “Butch” Guerrera, doctor of psychology, 64, died Sept. 22, 2012, at the Rainbow Hospice Ark facility in Park Ridge, Ill.
He was predeceased by his parents, Phyllis (Sciortino) Guerrera and Daniel Guerrera. The Guerrera family, formerly of Waterbury, Conn., moved to Salisbury, Vt., in the early 1970s. At that time, he was director at the 4th Street Bridge House in Rockford, Ill.
He lived in Oak Park with his wife of 26 years, Peggy Lynch, and daughter Jamie Guerrera, both of whom survive him.
