Retailers allowed to reopen on Monday

Round Robin resale shop in Middlebury will have masks and hand sanitizer ready for customers who need them when it opens on Monday, according to the shop’s Facebook page.

Vermont retailers, closed for seven weeks to halt the spread of coronavirus, will begin a “gradual reopening” starting Monday, Gov. Phil Scott announced this week.

The Vermont Department of Human Resources this week set up a series of collection sites around the state where members of the public could get tested for COVID-19.
