BRISTOL — Gregory P. Ouellette, 22, passed away unexpectedly Saturday, July 17, 2021, at University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington.

Gregory was born May 30, 1999, in Middlebury. He is survived by his mother, Danielle (Pitts) Legnosky and husband, Dave, of Bristol; his father, Steven Ouellette of Vergennes; his brothers Nicholas (Bekka) Ouellette of Salisbury, Tyler Hebert of Bristol and his sister, Alyssa Ouellette of Bristol. He is also survived by his grandparents Dan and Teresa Pitts of St. George and Paul and Mary Ouellette of Vergennes, his niece Aria Ouellette of Salisbury; his girlfriend, Mariah Sullivan; many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Gregory had a great love of the outdoors and sports, especially baseball, basketball, football and riding the four-wheeler trails. He loved exploring different places and traveling with his family. His smile could light up any room. He was a man of few words, but such a genuine soul and great friend. He is loved tremendously and will be greatly missed.

Visiting hours will be held on Monday, July 26, at Brown-McClay Funeral Home in Vergennes, from 5 to 8 p.m. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10 a.m. on Tuesday, July 27, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Vergennes.
