ORWELL — Jessie M. Orr, 83, of Orwell, died Tuesday evening, Nov. 19, 2019, at Helen Porter Rehab and Nursing. She was born on Dec. 14, 1935, in Bennington, the daughter of Joseph and Jessie (Sumner) Maclay. Mrs. Orr graduated from Thetford Academy in Thetford in 1954. She married Conrad H. BRISTOL — Bruce M. Emmons, 93, passed away Sunday, Nov. 10, 2019, at the University of Vermont Medical Center in Burlington. He was born on June 24, 1926, in Bristol, the son of Bernard and Agnes (Edwards) Emmons.
