CORNWALL — Timothy J. Bushey passed unexpectedly on March 28, 2021.
He is survived by his kids, Michael, Katie and Eli; significant other Shawna Joahnson; Mother Sandra Tebbetts; stepfather Michael Tebbetts; father John Bushey; sister Bridget Bushey; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by two brothers, Eddie and Robert Ihinger.
He loved to be with his family. He also loved to hunt and fish. Tim loved his children more than anything.

FERRISBURGH — Anna Stephens Husk left this world peacefully, in her home on March 10, 2021, surrounded by family. She was an extraordinary woman, who will never be forgotten. Anna will be remembered for her wisdom, community service, musical talent, humor, and generosity.
Anna was born April 12, 1928. She grew up in Montclair, N.J., where she discovered her love for music after going to a musical on Broadway. At a young age, she began taking piano lessons, and would later fulfill her lifelong musical and entertainment passions.

PARSONS, Tenn. — Harold T. Neel, 72, passed away unexpectedly on his houseboat on Thursday, March 18, 2021. Born in Frederick, Md., on July 6, 1948, he was the son of the late Joseph C. and Thelma U. (Baker) Neel.
On Oct. 3, 1987, he married Muriel R. Snow in Warren, Vt. Muriel predeceased Harold on Oct. 24, 2016. Harold was a 1966 graduate of Middletown High School in Middletown, Md. MIDDLEBURY — Frances “Kathy” Severance, 82, formerly of Weybridge, passed away March 20 at Porter Hospital.
Kathy grew up in West Rutland and owned “Kalico Kitten Ceramics” in Fair Haven for a time. She had a passion for crafts and her many beloved cats. She was a member of the Weybridge Congregational Church.
She is survived by her former husband, Ralph Severence of Bennington; brothers Edward Drop of Acton, Mass., and Thaddeus Drop of Castleton; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, her other siblings, a favorite niece, and special friend Kelly James.

FERRISBURGH — On March 25, 2021, Mary Ringer Essex passed away at home surrounded by her family, after a long battle with cancer, at the age of 63. Mary was born to Frederick and Lucille (Patrie) Ringer Sr. on May 12, 1957, in Burlington, Vt. She blessed her family on Mother’s Day as the first girl born after four boys. She attended Vergennes Union High School, graduating in 1975. While in school, Mary participated in softball, field hockey, cheerleading, gymnastics, and swimming.

MONKTON — Jere Urban, 70, passed away due to pancreatic cancer on March 15, 2021, on the hillside in Monkton where he and his wife Robin Shalline, his love of 45 years, built their own home, raised a family, and cultivated a beautiful life together. SALISBURY — Betsy A. (Trudeau) Bradley 59, died Saturday, March 13, following a short illness. She was born July 14, 1961, in Great Barrington, Mass., the daughter of Charles and Esther (Hill) Trudeau.
