Don was born on Aug. 16, 1935, at home in Jeffersonville. He was the son of George and Rachel Skinner Bicknell. Don graduated from Richford High School in 1953, where his father was a teaching principal who taught him math, physics and chemistry. ORANGE CITY, Fla. – Rupert I. Billings, 86, passed away peacefully Sunday morning, Feb. 16, 2020, at AdventHealth Hospice at Fish Memorial in Orange City, Fla. He was born Nov. 10, 1933, in New Haven, Vt., the son of the late Fredrick and Rita (Whittemore) Billings.
After twenty-nine years of employment at Standard Register in Middlebury, he moved to Orange City.

BRANDON — Raymond F. (Corky) Douglas died March 3, 2020, at Porter Medical Center in the Estuary Room.
He was born in 1929 at home in Brandon to Patrick F. and Bessie (Grace) Douglas and graduated from Brandon High School in the class of 1947. He met his future wife, Aline Boisvenue, when they were both in high school and working jobs at the Brandon Inn. BRANDON — John Thomas Williams, age 83, passed away Saturday, Feb. 29, 2020, at his home in Brandon.
John was born in Shoreham on August 23, 1936. He was the son of Benjamin Harrison Williams and Frederika (Ryan) Williams. He grew up in Shoreham.
