ORRTANNA, Pa. — Douglas Raymond Williams, of Orrtanna, Pa., passed away peacefully on Jan. 26, 2020. He was born in Middlebury, Vt., on Sept. 7, 1950, the son of the late Everett and Pauline (Rocheleau) Williams.
Doug is survived by his wife Karen; four children and their spouses, Jennifer Williams of Mechanicsburg, Pa., Jonathan and Diane Williams of Mechanicsburg, Pa., Amanda and Tom Morrison of Fort Mill, S.C. and Robert and Lila Gach of Manassas, Va.; and 11 grandchildren. BRIDPORT — Douglas R. Woods passed away Jan. 26, 2020, at the age of 66, while working at Goodwill in Williston.
Douglas lived in Bridport with his son Joseph J. Woods. He spent his life doing what he loved, raising his two sons, Joseph and Charles E. Woods (deceased) and his daughter Lily A. Fleming. He proudly served in the U.S. Air Force for 20 years, retiring as a Master Sergeant. He also enjoyed working with his hands.

BENNINGTON — Milton A. Gardner Sr., 88, a former resident of West Addison, Vt. died Thursday, Feb. 6, 2020, at Brookdale Fillmore Pond in Bennington following a long illness.

He was born April 6, 1934, in Holyoke, Mass., the son of Joseph and Margaret (Melancon) Boudreau.

MIDDLEBURY — Richard Edward Deegan, known to family and friends as Dick, passed on Jan. 31, 2020, at the age of 74. He is the son of Genevieve Cox Deegan and Edward James Deegan and the stepson of Agnes Cox Deegan.
Dick grew up in Woodbridge, Conn., where he graduated from Amity Regional High School. He earned of Bachelor of Science degree for Northeastern University and an M.B.A. from the University of Detroit. WALTHAM — Kevin J. Draper passed away suddenly on the afternoon of Jan. 30, 2020. Kevin was born on Sept. 6, 1954, the son of Edward and Helen Draper. He lived the first years of his life in Richford, Vt. The entire family moved to Middlebury, Vt., in the summer of 1960. Kevin graduated from Middlebury Union High School in 1972, and immediately joined the Navy. He always liked to cook, and he became a Navy cook.
