MIDDLEBURY — Middlebury Union High School took care of business at home on Friday, turning back BFA-St. Albans, 28-14, to complete an undefeated regular season. The 8-0 Tigers earned the No. 2 seed in Division 1 behind also unbeaten St. Johnsbury, and will host No. 7 St. Albans (4-4) again at 7 p.m. this Friday. ST. ALBANS — The Vergennes Swim Team edged host St. Albans on Tuesday, 244-226, in a Champlain Valley Swim League meet as the Champs evened their record at 2-2. Will Clark won another three of his races for Vergennes, and Annika Smits, Adrienne Smits, Connor Husk and Gideon Palmer picked up two victories apiece to pace the team. The Champs will host Essex on Thursday before visiting Middlebury on this coming Tuesday.
