SHIRLEY M. DOUGLAS CORNWALL — Shirley M. Douglas, 87, of Cornwall, passed away in Phoenix, Ariz., following a long battle with kidney disease. She was born June 14, 1936, in Salisbury, Vt., the daughter of Rollin and Birdella (Bigelow) English. Shirley attended Salisbury School and graduated from Middlebury High School in 1954.
